We’re building a powerhouse Marketing & Development Team to take full control of sales and marketing across our organisation and for our clients. This team will architect, execute, and optimise every aspect of our customer acquisition strategy for our customers, from human and AI agent recruitment to automated funnel design, outbound campaigns, and brand positioning.
You willl need to be experienced in sales, marketing or social medca management. You should also be familiar with advanced AI prompting techniques and automation platforms. Positions are all based remotely.

Sales Architecture & Execution
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performance human sales agents
• Deploy and optimise AI-powered sales agents for outreach, qualification, and follow-up
• Build and manage remote, hybrid, or commission-based sales teams
• Implement performance tracking, CRM workflows, and incentive structures
